Sunny Spierer joined Preston Arza LLP as a Real Estate paralegal in October 2009. Sunny has been a paralegal since 1993. She has assisted attorneys practicing in the areas of Real Estate, Hotels and Resorts, Vacation Ownership, Hospitality Financing and related Trusts.
Sunny’s previous experience as a paralegal includes the formation, qualification and maintenance of all types of entities, such as corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Her Real Estate experience includes due diligence, financing transactions, acquisitions, closing documentation and coordination. She has also assisted in the preparation and coordination of corporate trust documentation.
Sunny’s experience includes the vacation ownership and fractional interests facets of the hospitality industry. She has worked on timeshare plan registration projects for out-of-state and foreign clients seeking to register their projects in California and other states. She has assisted in the areas of timeshare act research, document preparation and coordination for right-to-use programs, multisite vacation clubs, and point-based systems with hotel, timeshare, and golf components.
